France Télécom-​​Orange doit rompre son accord avec l’entreprise israé­lienne Partner Communications

Partner est une société israé­lienne de télé­phonie qui par­ticipe direc­tement aux acti­vités de colo­ni­sation en Cis­jor­danie et dans les hau­teurs du Golan :

• elle dispose de 176 antennes et relais sur des terres confis­quées par l’armée israé­lienne et les colons ;
• avec les autres opé­ra­teurs israé­liens, elle profite de l’interdiction faite par l’armée israé­lienne aux opé­ra­teurs pales­ti­niens d’installer leurs antennes dans 60% de la Cis­jor­danie, limitant ainsi leur accès au marché local ;
• elle conserve à son profit des taxes et autres mon­tants dus aux pales­ti­niens ;
• elle a des bou­tiques dans les colonies israé­liennes ;
• elle assure avec son réseau le service aux colons et à l’armée d’occupation israélienne.

Par son activité, Partner viole le droit inter­na­tional et les Conven­tions de Genève qui condamnent « la des­truction et l’appropriation de biens, non jus­ti­fiées par des néces­sités mili­taires et exé­cutées sur une grande échelle de façon illicite et arbitraire ».

Or c’est avec cet opé­rateur de télé­phonie que France Télécom - Orange a signé en 2011 un accord de par­te­nariat portant sur l’usage de la marque Orange, l’aide tech­nique et l’achat groupé de maté­riels avec des économies d’échelle importantes.

En concluant ce par­te­nariat, France Télécom conforte et sou­tient la colo­ni­sation israé­lienne, obs­tacle à la création de l’Etat pales­tinien et à une paix conforme au droit inter­na­tional. Nous demandons à France Télécom de rompre son accord avec Partner, au nom du droit et de la paix.

France Télécom-​​Orange must break its agreement with Israel’s Partner Com­mu­ni­ca­tions company

Partner Com­mu­ni­ca­tions is an Israeli tele­com­mu­ni­cation company directly taking part in the colo­ni­zation on the West Bank and in the Golan Heights :

• Partner owns 176 antennas and relays on lands that have been confis­cated by the Israeli army and the set­tlers ;
• With the other Israeli tele­com­mu­ni­ca­tions com­panies, Partner takes advantage of the fact that the Pales­tinian tele­com­mu­ni­cation com­panies are not allowed to install their antennas and relays on 60% of the West Bank, which res­tricts their access to the local market ;
• Partner keeps for his own profit the taxes which should legally be trans­ferred to the Pales­ti­nians ;
• Partner owns shops in Israeli set­tle­ments ;
• Partners uses its network to provide ser­vices to the set­tlers and the Israely occu­pation army.

The­refore, Partner vio­lates inter­na­tional law and the Geneva Conven­tions which condemn « extensive des­truction and appro­priation of pro­perty, not jus­tified by military necessity and carried out unlaw­fully and wantonly ».

In 2011, France Télécom-​​Orange signed an important part­nership agreement with Partner, including the use of the Orange brand, tech­nical help and group rates.

Through this part­nership, France Télécom sup­ports the Israeli colo­ni­zation, thus hin­dering the creation of the Pales­tinian state and the achie­vement of a just peace based on inter­na­tional law. We the­refore demand that France Télécom breaks its agreement with Partner Communications.

Partner es una sociedad israelí de tele­fonía que par­ticipa direc­ta­mente en las acti­vi­dades de colo­ni­zación en Cis­jor­dania y en las alturas de Golan :

• tiene 176 antenas y repe­ti­dores sobre tierras confis­cadas por el ejército israelí y los colonos ;
• con los demás ope­ra­dores israelies, se apro­vecha de la pro­hi­bi­cion­hecha pr el ejercito israeli a los ope­ra­dores pales­tinos de ins­talar sus antenas en 60% de Cis­jor­dania, limi­tando asi su acceso al mercado local ;
• conserva a su bene­ficio tasas y otros importes debidos a los pales­tinos ;
• tiene tiendas en las colonias israelíes ;
• con su red, asegura el ser­vicio a los colonos, a los mili­tares y al ejército de ocu­pación israelí.

Por su acti­vidad, Partner viola el derecho inter­na­cional y los Convenios de Ginebra que condenan "la des­trucción y la apro­piación de bienes, no jus­ti­fi­cados por nece­si­dades mili­tares y eje­cu­tadas a gran escala de modo ilícito y arbitrario".

Sin embargo, es con éste ope­rador de tele­fonía que France Telecom-​​ Orange firmó en el 2011 un acuerdo de cola­bo­ración relativo al uso de la marca Orange, la asis­tencia técnica y la compra agrupada de mate­riales con eco­nomías de grandes escala.

Al concluir esta cola­bo­ración, France Télécom confirma y apoya la colo­ni­zación israelí, obstáculo a la creación del Estado palestino y a una paz conforme al derecho inter­na­cional. ¡ Le pedimos a France Télécom que rompa su acuerdo con Partner, en nombre del derecho y de la paz !

Partner Com­mu­ni­ca­tions è una società di tele­co­mu­ni­ca­zioni israe­liana che prende parte diret­ta­mente alla colo­niz­za­zione in Cis­gior­dania e sulle alture del Golan : Partner pos­siede 176 antenne e relè su terreni che sono stati seques­trati dall’esercito israe­liano e dai coloni ;

• Con le altre società di tele­co­mu­ni­ca­zioni israe­liane, Partner sfrutta il fatto che le società di tele­co­mu­ni­ca­zioni pales­tinesi non sono auto­rizzate a ins­tallare le loro antenne e relè sul 60% della Cis­gior­dania, il che limita il loro accesso al mercato locale ;

• Partner conserva per il proprio pro­fitto le tasse che legal­mente dovrebbero essere tras­ferite ai palestinesi ;

Grazie a questa part­nership, France Télécom sos­tiene la colo­niz­za­zione israe­liana, osta­co­lando la crea­zione dello Stato pales­tinese e il rag­giun­gi­mento di una pace giusta fondata sul diritto inter­na­zionale. Per­tanto chie­diamo che France Télécom rompa l’accordo con Partner Communications.

من خلال هذه الشّراكة فإنّ " فرانس تيليكوم" تدعم سياسة الاستيطان الإسرائيلية التي تشكّل عقبة لقيام دولة فلسطينية و لسلام وفقا للقانون الدولي باسم القانون والسلام نطالب " فرانس تيليكوم " بوضع حد لشراكتها مع الشركة الإسرائيلية " بارتنر"
